Wisdom & Life
Brother Trey led us through the service, offering encouragement and prayer during this time of extensive isolation during the pandemic, followed by a message by Timothy Keller on the subject of justification.
In our first ever Church Online service, Paul presented an update on the coronavirus measures ordered by the Swiss authorities and IBF’s decision to suspend Worship Services at our church building for the next several weeks. Trey gave us a message about Wisdom, Family, and our resposibilities to others in times like these.
Paul continued with our Wisdom and Life series and lead us through several Proverbs which gave insight on how the Bible teaches us about the act of gaining wisdom and the cautions of folly.
Tonight James lead us through an inspirational sermon on Depression, and how God, Church and Fellowship can help heal the soul. Thank you James!
Tonight we learned about the importance of fellowship, and how people need each other to grow in their faith and their life.
Tonight our topic was: which path will we take in life? Will we take the wise path, or the foolish path? With our bodies, with our thoughts, with our minds, what will we do with our life? Thanks Trey!
The Bible is God’s communication to us as human beings. We are His special creation. And we see it in the world today when we’re praying for our children that God would bless them and help us give them a good foundation.
