Week One:


 But you, O Bethlehem Ephrathah,
though you are too small among the
clans of Judah,
out of you will come for me
one who will be ruler over Israel,
whose origins are from of old,
from ancient times. Micah 5:2

And behold, you will conceive in your womb
and bear a son, and you shall call his name
Jesus. He will be great and will be called the
Son of the Most High. And the Lord God will
give hime the throne of his father David, and
he will reign over the house of Jacob forever,
and there will be no end. Luke 1:31-33

May the God of hope fill you with all joy and
peace as you trust in him, so that you may
overflow with hope by the power of the Holy
Spirit. Romans 15:13

Week Two:


 …Since then we have a great high priest
who has passed through the heavens, Jesus
the Son of God, let us hold fast our
confession. Hebrews 4:14

For we do not have a high priest who is
unable to sympathise with our weaknesses,
but one who in every respect has been
tempted as we are, yet without sin. Let us
then with confidence draw near to the
throne of grace… Hebrews 4:15-16a

… since we have been justified by faith, we
have peace with God through our Lord
Jesus Christ. Romans 5:1

Week Three:


 Because of the Lord’s great love we are not
consumed, for his compassions never fail.
They are new every morning, great is your
faithfulness, O Lord. Lamentations 3:22-23

This is love: not that we have loved God, but
that he loved us and sent his Son as an
atoning sacrifice for our sins. 1 John 4:10

Whoever confesses that Jesus is the son of
God, God abides in him, and he in God. We
have come to know and have believed the
love which God has for us. God is love…

Week Four:


Though you have not seen him, you love
him; and even though you do not see him
now, you believe in him and are filled with
an inexpressible and glorious joy…
1 Peter 1:8
